The Team Behind the Adventure
A great adventure is made possible by a great team. At Ampascachi, every member shares the same passion for horses, nature, and creating unforgettable experiences. Meet the people who will make your trip a lifelong memory.

Pablo D. Imberti
Head of Breeding, Training and Development / Head of Logistics
Pablo has been passionate about horses since childhood. Thanks to the knowledge acquired over the years, he was able to turn his passion into his profession. In 1994, he established himself at Haras Ampascachi to dedicate himself to breeding Peruvian Paso horses. He has always been in touch with nature. He has extensive experience in camps, route mapping, horseback traverses... He also has a great ability to immerse himself in the cultures and traditions of each region. He uses all this knowledge to design routes that please the most demanding travelers.

Joaquin Saravia
Guide and Host at Ampascachi
Joaquín is a great adventure travel enthusiast. He was born and raised in Salta, Argentina. He is one of our bilingual host guides and will accompany you on your equestrian route. A knowledgeable horseman and nature lover, he will show you the landscapes and local culture so you feel like one of the locals.

Virginia Imberti
Marketing, Communication, and Sales
Virginia has traveled through the UK and USA. She has known and lived the horse world since childhood. For Virginia, the communion between horse and rider immerses you in gaucho culture. Her passion is organizing horseback routes in Argentina. If you're planning your trip from Spain or South America and need advice with preparations, she'll be happy to help.

Natalia Imberti
Marketing, Communication, and Sales
As an Argentine, Natalia is in love with her country and also with the Peruvian Paso horse. She describes contact with nature on horseback as an almost mystical experience. She has organized numerous equestrian routes in Argentina. Few people understand travelers' concerns as well as she does.

Adolfo Almendrez
Head of Training and Breeding Farm in Salta / Logistics Manager
Adolfo has been passionate about horses since childhood when his grandfather taught him to ride a Peruvian Paso, and they would go horseback riding together. He is responsible for logistics for the equestrian routes in Northern Argentina and for the breeding farm in the province of Salta. He enjoys being in contact with nature, discovering places, and learning about their history and local culture, which has enabled him to study and develop equestrian routes to ensure that everything goes as planned on each of them.

Rodrigo Alday
Software Developer/IT Specialist
Programmer/IT Specialist responsible for developing and maintaining our digital platforms. Manages our booking website, customer and horse databases, implements digital marketing solutions, and ensures the stability of our technological infrastructure. Edgardo Campo
Guide and host at Ampascachi
Edgardo is another of our bilingual host guides. He was born in the province of Córdoba, in central Argentina. A nature and adventure lover, he joined Ampascachi in 2015 and became an expert in horse handling. Emiliano Donnici
Guide and Host at Ampascachi
